Hi, I’m Lindsey.

A therapist, former CPA, wife, mom of four, and someone who believes that real healing starts with real honesty.

I help high-achievers, professionals, and couples move through burnout, disconnection, and perfectionism into clarity, confidence, and change that actually lasts. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in powerful tools like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT).

I’m also a certified Life Coach and Holistic Health Coach, which means I bring a whole-person lens to your growth — mind, body, and relationships included.
